Our crop of sweet cherries this year features some of the highest-quality cherries we have grown in many years. We harvest them when they are fully ripe, and we grade and pack our cherries by hand for quality control. Our cherries this year include several new varieties which we have selected for flavor and sweetness. For great flavor, choose the more darkly-colored of our sweet cherries. For maximum sweetness, buy the reddest of our sweet cherries.
