Prosciutto

The prosciutto we keep in stock at Wickham’s Fruit Farm is premium-quality and has been personally selected by Laurie McBride, the farmstand manager. It is made from pork that has been raised without the use of antibiotics. When you come by the farmstand, be sure and check out all the other items we keep in our display case for your delectation, including fresh mozzarella, natural smoked mozzarella, manchego, burrata, Speck Americano applewood-smoked prosciutto, local dairy products from Goodale Farms, and much more.

Teabreads

Try our teabreads as a midday snack, or warm them up and have them for breakfast. We bake a varied selection of teabreads, including blueberry and apple-cranberry.

Cherry tomatoes

We now feature cherry tomatoes at the farmstand. They come in red and gold colors, and are sweeter than your traditional tomato. Try our cherry tomatoes as an invigorating snack.

Seed-cleaning machine

The historic seed-cleaning machine in the second story of the barn. This view has not changed in about a century. Prior to its installation in our barn in the years before World War II, this machine was used at the RM Lupton Seed Company in Mattituck.
