North Fork

October 4

Wickham’s Fruit Farm is a larger farm than most North Fork operations. As a result, the wagon rides that we provide along with pick-your-own apples afford travel photography buffs, landscape photographers, nature photographers and bloggers, iPhone/smartphone users and selfie-takers a rare opportunity to take some picturesque photos in an outdoor environment that is not overrun with milling crowds. Have some great-looking photos? Please share them with us.

Nature-lover

October 2

If you are a nature-lover or you have an appreciation of wildlife, keep in mind that when you pick your own apples at Wickham’s Fruit Farm and take a wagon ride with us, you get the added bonus of occasionally sighting some wild birds or animals, and taking in some of the natural scenery of a large agricultural property that encompasses many acres of wilderness and goes down to the creek and Peconic Bay.

Our apple cider

October 1

Manny bottling fresh apple cider. Our apple cider has no chemicals or preservatives or anything else added to it. It is 100% the juice from our own pressed apples.

Gourds

Take home some of our funky-shaped Gremlin gourds as decorations to evoke the season. We have gourds in the shape of starfish, mushrooms, amphoras, hookahs, spiked clubs, and more. Look for pumpkins to be available in October.

Wide selection of fruits

For baking experts, Wickham’s Fruit Farm offers a wide selection of fruits that are suited to your upcoming baking projects, including apples, pumpkins, and pears. Whether you are planning on baking apple pies, baked apples, turnovers, tarts, pumpkin pie, or anything incorporating pears, ask our knowledgeable staff about which of our numerous varieties of apple and pear are best suited to your needs.

Apple cider

At Wickham’s, we don’t sell mass-market apple cider. We press our own artisan-style fresh apple cider right here on our farm in Cutchogue, NY, bottle it here, and sell it at our farmstand locally. There is no fresher apple cider anywhere.
