Those are just a few of the mouthwatering creations you can put together when you pick up several quarts of Wickham’s large, flavorful strawberries at our retail stand, or at select produce purveyors elsewhere on Long Island.

Tomato season is kicking into high gear here at Wickham’s Fruit Farm. Right now we feature beefsteaks, heirloom tomatoes, Sungold orange-colored cherry tomatoes, red cherry tomatoes, and to go with your tomatoes, mozzarella from Lioni, balsamic vinegar, Frantoia olive oil, vivid green basil pesto in a very chic diminutive glass jar, and, as the weekend rolls around, baguettes from Tomcat bakery.

To go with our strawberries, we offer this local granola at the farmstand. It’s made in small batches, and is the perfect complement to all of our various berries and the high-quality dairy products we keep in stock from Goodale Farms.
