Thick and hearty, mellow in flavor and vividly colored, Wickham’s cider has a taste that is unique to Cutchogue.  You can’t buy it elsewhere for any amount of money.  Our cider has been pressed in Cutchogue’s historic belt-driven rack-and-cloth cider press for over 100 years.  Does anyone remember hanging out with Irv Billard in the cider shed back in the day?

This week’s ant cam shows us preparing the ground for seeding grass in the orchard.  We plant grass between the rows of trees to help make the soil more resistant to erosion.
