Wickham’s apple cider is an old-fashioned, handmade, artisan product, whose flavor varies depending on the mix of apple varieties that we use in a particular batch. Which varieties do you think we should use in this week’s cider pressings?

When you come by our farmstand to take home some pies, donuts, cider, or jams, be sure to walk out behind the farmstand to our lawn and get a photo of Fred and Ginger. Fred and Ginger have been known to hang out here inside the cab of this 1948 Ford dump truck to keep from getting sunburned.

We’re giving free autographs at our pre-Saturday-Night-Live-party party, Saturday 9AM to 4PM, featuring lots of off-highway parking and pick-your-own apples with wagon rides. Choose from our various apple offerings including huge-soft, tiny-hard, green, orange, and (our personal favorite) apple! But don’t come on Sunday when we’re closed, because… you might’ve just missed it!

It’s the pre-Saturday-Night-Live-party party out in the apple orchard. Look! It’s the Braid Lady! Doesn’t she do a great job? Give her a big hand, ladies and gentlemen. You all need to get out here and join the party, take a wagon ride with pick-your-own apples, buy some apple cider, buy some pies, buy some donuts to take home here at Wickham’s Fruit Farm in Cutchogue, NY, on Long Island’s North Fork. Pick-your-own apples Saturdays, closed Sundays.

If you’re juicing, you won’t want to pass up our fresh-pressed apple cider, which has nothing added to it whatsoever and has been pressed the same way for over 100 years right here in Cutchogue on our rack-and-cloth press. We were cold-press before cold-press was cool.
