Our Jonagold apples make a good companion for roast pork. For a savory taste of the season, peel the apples, slice them, serve under 1/4″ thick slices of roast pork, with broccoli and some of our fingerling potatoes. For bread, try raisin toast with some Wickham’s apple butter. Use our hearty red cold-press apple cider as a beverage to go with it, and cap the meal off with our pears and raspberries for dessert.
