In time for the dog days of summer, we turn the spotlight on this premium-quality balsamic vinegar that we keep in stock at the farmstand.  Combine it with our beefsteak tomatoes, cucumbers, and the Frantoia olive oil and Lioni mozzarella cheese we also sell for the most memorable salad of early summer.  Better yet, slice some of our cherry tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes and serve with balsamic vinegar and Frantoia olive oil in bowls for dipping.  There’s nothing fresher.
